Start with the app

Three steps, and all of them happen before you collect your sample. A kit has to be registered before the laboratory can match what you post back to you.

    Download the app

    Scan the QR code inside your kit box, or visit cellubritehealth.com, to download the app and create your account.

  • 02

    Register your kit

    Using your phone camera, scan the QR code or barcode on the back of your test panel bag to register your test.

  • 03

    Label your kit

    On the bottom of the blood collection card, write:

    • Your name
    • Your date of birth
    • The date of blood collection

You can also register in a browser.

Scanning the code is the quickest way. If you would rather not, or the code will not scan, register the kit at the laboratory portal instead. Use the same email address you bought with, or your results cannot be matched to your account.

Use one email address for everything

The address you bought with, the address you register the kit with and the address you sign in with have to be the same one. That address is what links your order, your kit and your result together, and three different addresses is the single most common reason a result never appears.
